At FeMMA, we’re building a new kind of social and training app for women in martial arts. Our mobile app connects women who train in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) — helping them find training partners, dojos, and community — while creating a supportive space where women’s progress, safety, and voices are seen and valued.
We recently launched our invite-only beta and are now focused on refining the product experience with our first 100 founding members before scaling. We’re moving with intention — building something that lasts, that grows with its community, and that serves a deeply engaged, yet often overlooked group of athletes and creators.

We believe small, mission-driven teams can build meaningful products—without chasing growth at all costs. At FeMMA, we’re creating technology that helps women in martial arts feel seen, supported, and connected. Our work is grounded in authenticity, inclusivity, and impact — not hype—we’re building with intention, from 0→1, in ways that feel grounded, sustainable, and people-first.
We’re not building another app to scroll through; we’re building a movement — one that makes the combat sports world more equitable, visible, and built for women.
If you’re energized by the idea of designing a product from the ground up, working across disciplines, and building something that empowers women in a real and lasting way, you’ll feel at home here.
FeMMA is well-funded, offers competitive salary and meaningful equity, and supports benefits that help our team thrive — with flexibility, autonomy, and a culture of respect. We don’t expect this job description to cover everything—and that’s intentional. If you’re curious, passionate about our mission, and want to help shape the future of FeMMA, we’d love to hear from you!
